ACP Agordzo has been accused of assisting the alleged leader of the coup plotters, Dr Frederick Yao Mac-Palm, through messages he sent on instant messaging platform, WhatsApp and charged with abetment to commit treason for his alleged involvement in the coup plot.
He has, however, denied the allegations leveled against him by the State.
Mr Agodzo was put before the Kaneshie District Court on Wednesday, November 6, for prosecution but the case was adjourned to Friday, November 8, 2019 for final ruling.
