The CEO of Ruff Town Records, Ricky Nana Agyemang, also known in showbiz as Bullet has opened up on how his outfit came into existence.
According to Bullet, he got a lot of help from the Chief Executive Officer of Excellence In Broadcasting (EIB) Network, Bola Ray who he says ‘dashed’ him $10,000 to start Ruff Town Records, the record label to which Ebony has signed to.
“Bola Ray gave me $10,000 for free to start my record label”, the Ruff Town CEO told Zylofon FM in an interview.

The gifted money, he revealed, was used in investing into Ebony through the new record label.
Before becoming an artiste manager himself, Bullet was being managed by Bola Ray’s Empire Entertainment Records.

He teamed up with Akhan (Smooth) and as a duo, they released hit tracks such as ‘Swagger,’ ‘Azingele,’ ‘Sex Machine,’ among others.
The popular Hustle (Medi wo dwa) song from Ebony is actually one of the group’s songs which Bullet re-wrote for her.
With an artiste like Ebony on his label, Bullet could be said to have achieved relative success as an artiste manager.
