Head Coach of Accra Hearts of Oak Frank Elliot Nuttall still maintains his main focus for the ongoing G8 tournament remains unchanged even though they have progressed to the semi-finals.
The Scottish trainer, ahead of the tournament, said he was going to use the period to access his players and put together a better side for the season and thus says he is unfazed about the club’s progress to the semifinals.
The Phobians, through a penalty converted by Christopher Bonney and two late goals from new kid Richard Zuma, were hsnded a 3-2 vital win over Ebusua Dwarfs to be named one of the last four teams.

The result means that Accra Hearts of Oak have set up a date with sworn enemies Asante Kotoko who emerged winners of Group A in the semis.
“This for me remains a pre-season to get my team in shape ahead of the new season and nothing more, therefore we must not get carried away”, he told the press.
“Team building is a process and we are still working at it; for me, it is not a big deal that we got to the next stage of the competition”, he added.

Hearts of Oak beat Karela in their opening game, lost to Medeama and won comfortably to amass 6points out of a possible 9 to finish as runners up behind Medeama SC in Group B.
