Ghana News – Busy gives two value offers to make Ghana@60

To mark Ghana’s 60th independence anniversary celebration, award winning 4G mobile operator, BusyInternet Ghana has introduced new offers unto the market aimed at giving internet users more value.

Dubbed the “Blowman Offer”, Busy has increased the volume of free data on its MiFi Plus from 5GB to 15GB for every new customer who joins the Busy4G during this period. 

Additionally, all new customers will receive 50% bonus on their first recharge for the next two months provided they recharge with 5GB or more.

The second offer which is nicknamed “Ghana@60”; is a uniquely created 12GB of data pegged at Ghs60 to offer Busy customers more value. 

The “Ghana@60” bundle is available only during this anniversary season.

Explaining why Busy chose to celebrate Ghana’s 60th Independence anniversary this way, the Chief Executive Officer of Busy, Praveen Sadalage indicated that, BusyInternet’s history is uniquely linked to that of Ghana, as BusyInternet was the internet service provider to offer true digital independence to Ghana. 

He indicated that “while Ghana was the first to attain independence in Africa, Busy internet was one of the first internet operators to provide internet access to Ghanaians via its internet café services about 15 years ago.  Busy’s heritage of providing quality internet access to enterprises, young professionals and students is firmly embedded in Ghana’s history and development and there is no better time than this, to offer this great value to our citizens”.

Mr Sadalage, who was visibly excited about the offers and the feat this nation has achieved over the past 60 years expressed his admiration to the entrepreneurial spirit in Ghanaians even as he catalogued Busy’s contribution in this respect .

The Ghana@60 bundle according to Busy ends on the 31st of March, 2017 while the Ghana@60 MiFi offer ends on the 14th of April, 2017.
