AMA demolishes illegal structures at Nkrumah Circle;calls for media support

Head of the Rapid Response Unit of Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA), Moses Abor, has said the ongoing decongestion exercise by the Assembly will be sustained until the city is kept clean.
AMA demolishes structures at Nkrumah Circle (45)The AMA is embarking on a decongestion exercise in some parts of Accra, today.
Speaking during the exercise, Mr Abor urged the media to support them in order to sustain it.
He also advised hawkers to be law abiding because move is by the Metropolitan Security Committee endorsed by the Regional Security Committee.
Some pedestrians who use the pavement applaud AMA for good work done but ask them sustain it.
Meanwhile,  some traders tell Adom News that they will resort to night business if AMA will not allow them to trade in the day.
