Christmas, many say brings good tidings thus should be a time for family bonding and sharing of gifts.
But this is not the same for some Members of Parliament in the country.
Some MPs who spoke to Adom News said they panic when they hear Christmas carols being played on radio.
The reason, they explained is due to the incessant demand for gifts and money by constituents during the festive season.
The legislators noted that, they used to enjoy Christmas as kids, but now Christmas gives them nightmares due to the excessive demands from parties members and opinion leaders in their constituencies.
