Fishermen at Yeji in the Pru East Constituency are threatening to demonstrate over the politicization of the sale of premix fuel to fishermen.
According to them, since the new government took over power in January 2017, fishermen in the area struggle to get premix fuel due to politics which they claim is affecting their work.
Speaking with Adom News, the fishermen said some people who are known NPP supporters buy the fuel at a cheaper price and sell it to them at a higher price which is not healthy for their business.
They are calling on government to intervene or face their wrath.
