Wizkid beats Drake, Jay Z, DJ Khaled to win Best International Act

Nigerian artistes, Wizkid and Davido emerged winners at the 2017 Edition of Music of Black Origin (Mobo) Awards which came off on Wednesday at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, England.
Wizkid defeated international acts such as Cardi B, DJ Khaled, Drake, Jay Z, Kendrick Lamar, Migos, Solange Knowles, SZA, and Travis Scott, to cop the Best International Act Award.
This makes him the first African artist to have won the award along with the Best Worldwide act at the MTV EMAs, Best African Artist at both the BET Awards, and the MOBOs.
Meanwhile, Davido who performed at the show took home the Best African Act beating out the likes Eugy, Juls, Maleek Berry, Mr Eazi, Sarkodie, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Wande Coal and Wizkid.
