Ghanaian gospel songstress, Rose Adjei has stated she is saddened by the death of Asempa FM presenter, Kwadwo Asare Baffour Acheampong (KABA).
After signing KABA’s book of condolence at Multimedia’s premises in Kokomlemle, the ‘lift him high’ song maker revealed that the death of KABA has affected the entire nation.
She added that, she believed it would have been such a great honour if she ever met the astute host of Asempa’s Ekosii Sen political talk show.
“It’s so pathetic and it’s quite amazing. I never met him but the things people are saying about him made me feel as if I knew him. Everyone has what they will say but God knows best…” she said.
Nonetheless, Rose Adjei stressed that she knows Almighty God will keep his soul and comfort his family.
“I pray the Lord grant him rest. He has been given great words of condolences by people in higher places. I pray the most high will comfort her wife…,’
KABA as he is affectionately called died after a short illness.
He left behind his wife, Valentina Afriyie and a seven months old daughter.
