We need more doctors – Children’s Hospital staff

The princess Marie Louise Children’s hospital has appealed to the government to assist them with adequate doctors to better run the facility.
A senior nursing staff at the hospital, Madam Bertha Quayson revealed that there are currently about only four permanent doctors who attend to their emergency and Out Patient Department (OPD).
She disclosed this when the Resurrection Congregation Choir of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana donated food items to the Princess Marie Louise Children’s hospital on Saturday, November 11, 2017 in Accra.
Speaking to Adom News, the Planning committee Chairman, Emmanuel E. Laryea said they believe there is more blessing in giving than receiving. Therefore their decision to donate food items to the hospital.
The group donated fruits, biscuits, bags or rice and several tins of milk to support the facility and parents who could not afford to settle their wards hospital bills amid feeding them.
