Black Stars striker, Richmond Boakye  Yiadom says the team is ready to give off their  best in their final World Cup Qualification game  against Egypt on Sunday.
Kwesi Appiah’s charges’ hopes of playing at a fourth successive World Cup hit rock bottom after a 1-1 home draw with Congo.
However, the in-form Red Star Belgrade striker noted that, even though the team is out of the competition, this is their opportunity to show Ghanaians what they can do and also make amends for not qualifying  to the 2018 World Cup.
“This is another chance to show Ghanaians what we can do, so we will give off our best on Sunday to satisfy the fans’’, he told Asempa sports
“It’s my first time here and I’m loving it already, the atmosphere is great , the people are amazing. I can’t wait   to play at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium”.
“Although we didn’t   qualify, we are still here to show how competitive we are. This will also help boost our position on the FIFA ranking’’
“This is also an opportunity for the new players in the squad to prove themselves to Ghanaians and also show them what they can do”.
Sunday’s game, a final match-day fixture, has only pride to offer, as Egypt are already the confirmed winners of Group G.
Egypt will be making their debut appearance at the tournament since 1990 after claiming the sole ticket of the group.
