Road safety Ambassador pays Hospital Bills of some patients at Bibiani

Road safety ambassador, Gabby Adu-Gyamfi has paid the bills of some patients who were discharged from the Divine Love Hospital at Bibiani in the Western Region region but could not pay their bills.
“I have visited the Divine Love Hospital. I realised that some patients could not pay their bills after discharge. I took it upon myself to settle the bills including those who underwent operation.
“Some 14 years ago, I faced similar dilemma at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital in Kumasi. Dr Kwaku Obeng paid my bills. I entreat others like pastors to use part of their money to cater for the vulnerable”, he told the media after the donation..
Mr. Stephen Kwame Dagadu, Senior Nursing officer at the Divine Love Hospital, thanked Mr. Gabby profusely for paying the bills of patients who could not pay.
Some of the patients did not have insurance.
“We thank Mr. Adu-Gyamfi for coming to our aid we thank him very much. We entreat others who have the means to follow the Road Safety Ambassador’s example by donating to support the poor,” he said.
H3 further entreated Ghanaians without the National Health Insurance Card to register as it may come in need in emergency cases.
“I entreat every Ghanaian to go for NHIS card since it will go long way to save you in time of need,” he charged.
