Head coach of the Black Queens, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani has called on corporate Ghana to help develop women football.
According to him, women teams in Ghana lack the support to match up to their counterparts abroad.
Citing the Black Queens poor performance in a friendly match against France Monday, coach Didi Dramani said the only way out is corporate support.
He indicated that, women football can development if there is corporate support to complement government efforts to enable them play more friendly matches abroad.
“We can build a better team when we have more of such friendly matches to know our strengths and develop from there,” he said on Asempa FM’s Ultimate sport show Tuesday.
“I wish to call on corporate bodies to help as much as they can financially so we get more of these exposures for our women in the game”.
Coach Didi Dramani in 2012 led the Black Maidens to the female U17 World Cup in Azerbaijan where they won bronze.
