Hiplife artist Guru could suffer the same fate as his colleague Sakordie with his new hit single ‘Problem’.
The NKZ Music CEO in a line in the song which talks about a beautiful woman causing a lot of trouble for men, describes her body as ‘crazy as the body of a Krobo woman’.
The artist, who has the most numerous street anthem songs could be slapped with a law suit just like Sakodie when he featured in, titled ‘Jennifer Lomotey’.
Guru’s reference to the Krobo women could be seen as prejudiced and discriminatory, contrary to Article 17(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana which provides that “[a] person shall not be discriminated against on grounds of […] ethnic origin […]”.
‘Problem’ was released on August 1, 2017, the eye candy artwork was done by Positive Grafix with the song production credits going to Willis Beats.
