Audio: NPP Man blasts Otiko Djaba over school feeding recruitment

A former Regional Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Brong Ahafo region, Yaw Dabie Appiah has criticized the Minister for Gender, Children and Social Protection Otiko Afisa Djaba for frustrating women in the party with what he describes as her “book long” attitude in the recruitment to the school feeding program.
According to him, the party was able to win the election because of the determination and support of women in the party therefore the minister should stop requesting for educational certificates from the party women before recruiting them.
In an interview on Adom News, Mr. Appiah said the same ‘illiterate’ women supporters who sacrificed to win power for the party so if Otiko Djaba is now demanding their education certificates before employment then 2020 could be difficult.
He believes cooking has nothing to do with education.

Meanwhile, the Acting General Secretary of the NPP, John Boadu at the party’s conference in Accra assured his party supporters of giving jobs to them without considering any certificates.
