A fire outbreak at the Kwadaso Nursing and Midwifery Training College in the Ashanti Region has destroyed a 15-room hostel block, displacing several students.
The incident also destroyed personal belongings, including books, clothes, mattresses, and electronics.
According to some students, the fire started in one of the rooms and quickly spread after attempts to control it failed.
Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service responded to the scene, but the damage had already been done.
No injuries were, however, recorded.

The school is working to secure temporary accommodation for the affected students.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the cause of the fire, with suspicions pointing to an electrical fault.
Management is appealing for support to help the affected students recover.
