Black Sherif’s ‘Where Dem Boyz’, a song from his latest ‘Iron Boy’ album was played at the Emirates Stadium on April 8, 2025.
This was during a pre-match warmup ahead of the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash between Arsenal and Real Madrid.
The song, since its release has generated a lot of excitement among music lovers, some of who believe portions of the lyrics are shades to some personalities in Ghana’s music industry.
While the song was playing, some social media users who could not hide their excitement shared their sentiments.
For most of them, hearing Black Sherif’s song play on international platforms is testament to the higher heights he has attained as a musician from Ghana.
