The Member of Parliament for Krachi East, Nelson Djabab, has partnered with the Fountain of Comfort Foundation (FOC) to donate essential learning materials to schools in the Oti Region.
The initiative aims to improve education by providing students with much-needed academic resources.
During the donation event, selected schools in the constituency received textbooks, past examination questions and answers, and stationery supplies.
Chief Executive Officer of the Fountain of Comfort Foundation, Comfort Akuea Atta, highlighted the importance of equipping students with the right tools to excel academically.
“Education is the foundation of society, and we must ensure that children have access to the resources they need to succeed,” she stated.
The foundation, known for its commitment to improving education in underserved communities, has played a key role in identifying and addressing the specific needs of schools in the Oti Region.
Teachers and students expressed their appreciation for the support, acknowledging its positive impact on their learning experiences.
“These materials will not only aid our students academically but also inspire them to strive for excellence,” said one school principal.
The initiative underscores the MP’s and FOC’s dedication to improving education and empowering students in the region.
