National Ambulance Service launches maiden Heritage Month

As part of efforts to promote Ghana’s rich cultural heritage, the National Ambulance Service (NAS) has launched its maiden edition of Heritage Month.

The launch, held on Monday, March 3, 2025, at the NAS Headquarters, was attended by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Prof. Ahmed Nuhu Zakariah, top managers, and staff.

In his address, Prof. Zakariah applauded the organizers for their initiative in fostering Ghana’s cultural identity.

“Heritage Month is not just about acknowledging historical milestones—it serves as a dynamic platform for Ghanaians to immerse themselves in the diverse and colorful aspects of our heritage,” he said.

The month-long celebration will feature various activities, including Wear Ghana Day, Professional Day, and Departmental Cook and Share, aimed at showcasing the country’s traditions and values.
