Four students of Christian Methodist Senior High School (SHS) have been arrested by the SCC Police after they were found in possession of knives and scissors.
Police officers have been deployed to the school to restore calm following violent clashes between students and members of the New Aplaku community.
Earlier, two individuals sustained injuries and are receiving treatment after community members confronted some students who were allegedly assaulting one of their colleagues.
Speaking to Adom News, Richard Acquah Mensah, an alumnus of Christian Methodist SHS, revealed that even teachers fear some of the students and urged authorities to implement stringent measures to restore discipline.
Meanwhile, some aggrieved residents have warned that the situation could escalate if urgent steps are not taken to address the issue.
