Aggrieved Menzgold customers suspend Spokesperson

-

The Coalition of Aggrieved Customers of Menzgold (CACM) has announced the indefinite suspension of its Spokesperson, Frederick Forson.

This suspension, effective immediately, was communicated in a press release issued by the leadership of CACM on Tuesday, January 21.

The statement cited multiple violations of the coalition’s principles and policies by Mr. Forson, including unauthorized meetings, unauthorized fundraising, misuse of CACM’s name, an uncooperative attitude, and the unauthorized creation of WhatsApp groups.

According to the release, pastors and elders within CACM attempted to mediate and restore unity between Mr. Forson and the leadership. However, these efforts were reportedly undermined by Mr. Forson’s refusal to attend meetings and his disregard for the reconciliation team.

As a result, he has been banned from speaking on behalf of CACM or using the coalition’s name, logo, or letterhead for any purpose.

The leadership clarified that this decision was made in the best interest of the coalition and its members, emphasizing CACM’s commitment to upholding its integrity and protecting its identity from misuse.

In light of Mr. Forson’s suspension, Ezekiel Annor Akagbo has been appointed as the acting Spokesperson.
