Adom Brands has extended heartfelt condolences to the family of the late Nana Pharm. Dr. Michael Agyekum Addo, founder and chairman of the KAMA and Mikado Group of Companies, during his 40th-day observance.

A delegation from Adom Brands attended the solemn ceremony on Monday, January 20, 2025, at the Forecourt of Mikaddo Plaza, Labone Junction, Accra.

The team included broadcaster Nana Osei Ampofo Adjei, Adom FM Programmes Manager Joshua Tigo, AC Ohene, Adom FM and Adom TV presenters Abena Opokua Ahwenee, Afia Amankwah Tamakloe, Jerry Justice, CJ Forson, and Head of News and Current Affairs, Martha Crentsil-Acquah.

The delegation offered their support and condolences to the family, highlighting the deep connection shared between Multimedia Group Limited (MGL), of which Adom Brands is a part, and the late Dr. Agyekum Addo.

MGL’s Chief Operating Officer, Ken Ansah, earlier assured the family of the company’s unwavering support during this difficult period.

He described the late Dr. Agyekum Addo as an integral part of the MGL family, whose contributions and friendship would be greatly missed.

Dr. Agyekum Addo, who passed away on November 1, 2024, at age 74, was a trailblazer in Ghana’s pharmaceutical sector and a renowned philanthropist.

Starting with a humble pharmacy in Kumasi in 1983, he built a legacy marked by business excellence, youth empowerment, and hope for the underprivileged.

Adom Brands celebrates his life and legacy and prays for strength for his family, friends, and loved ones during this time of loss. May his soul rest in perfect peace.
