We have a big task ahead – Michael Baidoo on Plymouth Argyle’s relegation battle

Michael Baidoo has pledged to do everything he can to help Plymouth Argyle retain their place in the Championship.

Currently at the bottom of the English Championship standings with just 21 points from 27 matches, Plymouth is facing a tough battle.

Baidoo, who joined the club in the winter transfer window from Swedish side Elfsborg for a record fee, has committed to giving his all as they strive to stay up.

The midfielder insists that the team will approach each match individually, acknowledging the challenge ahead but emphasizing their determination to win every game.

“We have a huge task in front of us,” Baidoo said in an interview with BBC World News. “We’ll take it one game at a time. The focus can’t be on the end goal right now; it needs to be on the task at hand.”

“I’ll continue working hard to help the team secure as many points as possible and climb out of our current position,” he added.

Baidoo has made three appearances for Plymouth so far in the Championship.
