Medeama capitalized on the missed opportunity, as Bernardinho Tetteh struck in the 67th minute and Michael Sarpong levelled the game in the 83rd minute. Vision FC, however, refused to back down, with Emmanuel Kyei Baffour scoring a dramatic winner in the 10th minute of added time.
