Verdict: Insufficient Evidence

Explanation: Our sources present at the event told the Ghana Fact-checking Coalition that after the scuffle at the hotel premises, there was no indication as to whether or not an incident of ballot stuffing had occurred. However, they mentioned that the hotel owner disclosed that Joseph Nyarni, the Municipal Chief Executive for the Ga South Municipal Assembly, was responsible for the unusual military presence at the hotel.
