The Member of Parliament for Nhyiaeso Constituency in the Ashanti Region, Stephen Amoah has been caught on camera peeping at a voter’s ballot in the ongoing 2024 election.
In a video shared on X by Accra-based TV3, the Deputy Finance Minister was captured with his ballot paper ready to cast his vote.
In the spur of the moment, he stretched his neck in what is perceived as an attempt to catch a glimpse of a nearby voter’s ballot.
The video has sparked mixed reactions on social media, citing the essence of secret ballot in the electoral laws.
