Renowned Ghanaian rapper Guru has revealed his aspirations beyond music, expressing a strong desire to work with the United Nations (UN).
Sharing his evolving career interests, Guru explained that his passion for serving humanity has led him to explore opportunities in global development.
He noted that while politics was never part of his original plans, his involvement in student politics helped him understand governance and service. However, his ultimate ambition lies not in a politically charged environment but in contributing meaningfully to international progress through the UN.
Guru cited former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan as a significant inspiration, stating his intention to continue Annan’s legacy by making an impact not only in Ghana but globally.
The rapper emphasized that his passion outside of music is deeply rooted in helping others, and he believes the UN offers the perfect platform to fulfill this vision.
