Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited has reacted to a suit by a coalition of 14 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) over allegations of procurement abuses and conflicts of interest involving politically connected executives.
The lawsuit also highlights potential conflicts of interest, as several executives from Fidelity Bank hold positions on ECG’s Board, further clouding decision-making processes.
But Fidelity Bank in a rejoinder copied to Adomonline.com said it has not been served with any court process and will respond accordingly if served with the writ.
