NPP man assaulted my NDC supporter on live radio unable to speak days after attack [Video]

The Ejura Sekyedumase Constituency Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has been left unable to speak after being assaulted by a National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicator.

The incident occurred during a live broadcast on Ejura-based Naagyei FM, when Osman, an NDC communicator in the Ejura Sekyedumase Constituency, violently attacked Abdul Rahman Hudu, disrupting the program.

The motive behind the assault remains unclear, as the show was intended to provide both politicians with a platform to promote their party policies ahead of the upcoming elections, which are two months away.

Members of the NPP, including the Mampong Constituency Youth Organizer, visited the victim on behalf of the party’s flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, and running mate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, to check on his condition.

They reported that, although Abdul Rahman Hudu is recovering, he is still unable to speak due to the injuries to his mouth caused by the attack.

They called on the Police to take immediate action against the perpetrator and ensure justice is served, emphasizing that such incidents should not be tolerated in politics.
