2024 polls: Adaklu residents better off with NPP in power – Bawumia

-

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has expressed that the people of Adaklu in the Volta Region have seen greater progress under the party’s leadership.

During the third day of his constituency-focused tour in the region, Dr Bawumia emphasized the party’s dedication to improving the area.

He highlighted the NPP government’s significant infrastructural investments compared to the previous National Democratic Congress (NDC) administration.

“We’ve provided potable drinking water, built a youth resort centre, a stadium, and established a district police command in Adaklu-Waya,” he noted.

“We’ve also constructed a magistrate court and are developing an Agenda 111 hospital right here in Adaklu.”

Bawumia stressed that the NPP’s focus on development, especially in roads and healthcare, sets them apart.

“When the NDC was in power for 16 years, they didn’t build roads here. But under the NPP, we’re making considerable progress in many areas,” he added.
