Joseph Kwaku Asamoah PhD has argued that the Supreme Court’s decision to suspend the Speaker’s declaration of vacant seats represents an unconstitutional overreach into the jurisdiction of Parliament.
Dr Asamoah believes Parliament, as the sole authority over its internal proceedings, must assert its independence to safeguard the separation of powers.
