Anlo, Kwahu states to build strong bond through festivals [Video]

The Paramount Chief of Anlo State, Togbi Sri III and his Council have taken steps to build stronger ties with Kwahu through collaborative cultural festivals.

This was revealed when Togbi Amey Zegu II Dufia of Alakple who doubled as the Fiaga of Kome-Shime led a delegation to Kwahu Palace.

The purpose of the visit was to invite the Paramount Chief of Kwahu, Daasebre Akuamoah Agyapong to chair the 2024 Hogbetsotso festival.

Daasebree Akuamoah gave the delegation a warm reception and assured them that Kwahu state will do everything possible to make Hogbetsotso a grand celebration.

The week-long festival will start with a mini Hogbetsotso from 26th October 2024 to Monday 4th November 2024.

The durbar of chiefs will be held on 2nd November, 2024 to climax the celebration.

The theme for 2024 Hogbetsotso festival is “Strengthening Bonds And Sharing Our Heritage”.
