Akpaloo pledges juicy package for Ghanaians under 18, unemployed if elected

-

The Leader of the Liberal Party of Ghana (LPG), Kofi Akpaloo, has pledged to provide Ghanaians below 18 years with a monthly allowance of GHS 500 and GHS 700 for unemployed adults above 18 if he is elected President in the upcoming 2024 elections.

Akpaloo made this bold promise during a campaign event, reiterating that his government would prioritize the welfare of the youth and unemployed citizens.

When questioned about how he would fund these ambitious payouts, Akpaloo confidently responded, “We will use cedis to pay, not dollars,” asserting that government funds would be sufficient to support the initiative.

He stressed that “money can never be a problem” for his administration, urging Ghanaians to vote for the LPG to address the country’s challenges, including unemployment and infrastructure development.

In addition to his monetary promises, Akpaloo assured that all roads in the Ashanti Region would be motorable, free of potholes, under his presidency.

He also vowed to transform slums across the country into affordable housing projects, with each household benefiting from a chamber and hall arrangement.

His vision includes building skyscrapers in key areas to modernize and uplift communities.
