Mr Iddi highlighted the significant contributions women can make in the workplace, particularly in the logistics industry, which is traditionally male-dominated.

He pointed out that, women bring loyalty, dedication, and attentiveness to their roles, qualities that are invaluable in any business setting.

He urged companies to ensure that women are not excluded from their operations, noting that Yom Yom Services Limited employs  many women, who constitute the majority of their staff.

The CEO further stressed that, women are trustworthy and reliable in their work activities and delivery tasks.

Mr Iddi called on fellow managers, CEOs, and other leaders to pay special attention to women and provide them with opportunities to make a greater impact on society.
