Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation Company Limited (BOST), Dr. Edwin Alfred Provencal, has said it is important that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia is voted into power in the upcoming elections.
According to him, if Ghanaians fail to vote for Dr. Bawumia, the country will retrogress.
“Let’s not look at the current situation and reject our gold, Dr. Bawumia. We are all aware there is suffering, but we should not focus on that and reject such a valuable leader. We are on a journey, so let’s give those in charge the time to do the job” he said.
He made this known in an interview on Adom FM’s morning show Dwaso Nsem Wednesday.
Dr. Provencal said based on his conversations with Dr. Bawumia, the Vice President has a clear and transformative vision for Ghana.
He credited Dr. Bawumia’s efforts in digitalization, noting the significant changes it has brought to the country.
Dr. Provencal expressed confidence that Dr. Bawumia and the New Patriotic Party (NPP) could “break the 8” in the December elections.
“When the NPP promises, they deliver, as we’ve seen with initiatives like Free SHS and Agenda 111. This is evident, unlike the NDC, who promise and fail.”
He concluded by stressing the critical nature of the upcoming elections.
“If we want this country to grow, it would be a travesty not to bring Bawumia to the presidency. The future of Ghana depends on ensuring we make the right decision and vote for Dr. Bawumia” he added.
