The National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Shama in the Western Region, Emelia Arthur, has stated that “Ghana is now frozen.”
According to her, the NDC is determined to secure more seats in the upcoming elections especially in the Western Region.
“The best comes from the West. We already hold nine seats in the Western Region and we are planning to win more, including in Sekondi, Kwasimintim, and my own constituency” she stated.
Speaking on Asempa FM’s Ekosii Sen programme Monday, Madam Arthur said former President John Mahama is committed to implementing policies that will genuinely benefit the Ghanaian people.
She said the Akufo-Addo administration have misled Ghanaians with unfulfilled promises.
“They deceived Ghanaians. NDC aims to “reset the Ghana agenda. Ghanaians are fed up.
Madam Arthur’s remarks reflect the NDC’s commitment to regaining and increasing their foothold in the region.
She reassured Ghanaians that John Mahama’s return to power will bring significant relief and positive changes for the country.
