The National Communications Authority (NCA) has announced that Starlink, the satellite internet service operated by SpaceX, will officially commence its operations in Ghana by the end of August 2024.

This follows the successful completion of all necessary administrative and licensing processes with the NCA.

Starlink will be operated locally by SpaceX Starlink GH LTD, bringing its advanced satellite-based internet services to Ghanaian consumers.

This development marks a significant step forward in expanding high-speed internet access across the country, particularly to underserved and remote areas where traditional internet infrastructure is limited.
