The National Communications Director for the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Richard Ahiagbah has been discharged from the hospital following a ghastly accident.
The accident occurred on the Kumasi-Accra highway near Aduapompo on Saturday, July 27.
Mr Ahiagbah was admitted to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi, where he was visited by family and friends, including NPP General Secretary Kodua Frimpong.
In a post on X on Friday, August 16, 2024, he revealed his condition has greatly improved and he will continue to recover.
He expressed gratitude to God for preserving his life and all loved ones for their prayers and support.
Mr Ahiagbah also acknowledged the medical team who took care of him.
“To the dedicated team led by Dr. Charles K. Dally, the catalyst; Dr. Otu Boateng, the signature man; Dr. Roland Azorliade, the wise one; and Professor Peter Ambe, latter-day addition to the team and the host of nurses, I say God bless you for doctoring and nursing me back onto my feet,” he wrote.
