The Black Princesses of Ghana will move to Accra today as they conclude their preparations for the upcoming FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup in Colombia.
The team has been camping in Cape Coast since June 27, 2024, focusing on strategy development, tactical drills, and physical conditioning.
Ahead of their departure for Colombia, the Black Princesses will participate in a friendly match at the Accra Sports Stadium on Monday.
After their friendly match, the team will depart Accra for the tournament in Colombia, which is scheduled to kick off on August 31 and run until September 22, 2024.
The Black Princesses will begin their campaign in Group E on September 2, facing Austria in their first match.
They will also take on Japan and New Zealand in subsequent matches.
