2024 CAF WCLQ: Hasaacas Ladies arrive in Bouake for tournament

Defending Ghana Women’s Premier League champions, Hasaacas Ladies, have arrived in Bouake, Ivory Coast, in preparation for the CAF Champions League Qualifiers.

The Takoradi-based team landed in Bouake on Friday after departing from their base in the Western Region.

This marks Hasaacas Ladies’ second appearance in the tournament, following their debut in 2021.

During their first outing, they clinched the WAFU B Championship and finished as runners-up in the main Champions League, narrowly losing to Mamelodi Sundowns.

In the current qualifiers, Hasaacas Ladies are placed in Group B, where they will compete against Omnisports Etincelle, Edo Queens, and AS Garde National.

The tournament officially begins on Saturday, August 10, with Hasaacas opening match scheduled for Sunday, August 11.
