Kurt Okraku reveals how he wants to be remembered as GFA President

President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku has expressed his desire to be remembered as an honest leader.

Okraku emphasized that his main objective is to keep his promises and maintain integrity in his role as the head of the football governing body.

“I want to be remembered as a leader who was true to his word and delivered on every commitment,” Okraku stated during a press conference in Sunyani on Friday.

Despite facing criticism from those who claim his leadership has lacked transparency, Okraku remains focused on leaving a legacy of honesty and fulfillment of his obligations to the football community.

“This is the legacy I wish to leave behind,” he reaffirmed.

Meanwhile, the GFA has announced that the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season will commence on September 6.
