Asante Kotoko coach, Prosper Narteh Ogum, has urged his team to be fully prepared for any challenge in the upcoming 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.
The Reds are gearing up for the new season with a strengthened squad, having signed 12 new players.
Kotoko will kick off their league campaign with an away match against Karela United at the Aliu Mahama Stadium.
With the season set to begin on September 6, Dr. Ogum emphasizes the importance of being ready for any opponent.
“We need to be prepared to face any team at any location and secure results,” he stated in an interview with the club’s media.
Last season, Asante Kotoko finished in 6th place with 49 points.
Additionally, the Porcupine Warriors are scheduled to play Medeama SC in a match on August 16 at the new TNA Stadium in Tarkwa, marking the stadium’s official opening.
