The Member of Parliament for Korle Klottey, Zanetor Agyeman-Rawlings, has reaffirmed the NDC’s commitment to holding public officials accountable for corruption.

Speaking at the party’s campaign launch in Tamale, Zanetor emphasized that the next NDC administration will enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy towards corruption.

She urged party members to embody and uphold the principles of accountability to effectively prosecute corrupt practices.

“Corruption is the greatest threat to our democracy, not just what we see happening elsewhere. This NPP government has presided over rampant corruption. We must promise each other and to John Mahama that we will set a high standard for zero tolerance towards corruption,” she stated.

Zanetor continued, “Good governance entails accountability, transparency, probity, and integrity, but it starts with us. When we come to power, we must uphold these principles and protect our republic. If we want to end the blatant corruption we see in Ghana, we must vote for the NDC.”
