Chiefs of the Ada Traditional Council have praised the running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for his role in the implementation and sustenance of the Free Senior High School policy, saying his bold decisions have won their admiration.

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is embarking on a day tour of the Greater Accra Region, where he will pay courtesy calls on the chiefs of Ada, Prampram, Tema, and Nungua, and interact with constituents.

His first point of call was the Paramount Chief of the Ada Traditional Council, Djetse Nene Abram Kabu Akuaku III, at his palace.

Speaking on behalf of the Paramount chief, the Mankralo of Ada, Nene Obichere, said that chiefs and the people of Ada are grateful to Dr. Opoku Prempeh for his role in the success of the Free SHS policy, which has benefited both the poor and the rich.

The chiefs also appealed to him to help fix their deplorable roads to attract tourists during their Asafotufiam festival.

Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh said that the development of Ada remains his top priority and he will do everything to ensure they receive their share of development.
