The high-capacity generators will ensure a reliable power supply, which is crucial for airport operations.

Ibrahim Mahama accompanied by business mogul, Sir Sam Jonah was received at the airport in Monrovia by the President of Liberia, Joseph Boakai, and Vice President Jeremiah Koung.

The delegation proceeded to the area where the Police vehicles and generators were parked and officially handed them over to the Liberian authorities in a brief ceremony.

President Joseph Boakai remarked, “This donation will greatly enhance our airport’s capabilities, ensuring the safety and comfort of travelers and boosting our overall infrastructure.”

Vice President Koung praised the donation, emphasizing the strong bond between Ghana and Liberia.

“Mr. Ibrahim Mahama’s generosity reflects the enduring friendship between our nations. We are immensely grateful for his support and dedication to Liberia’s progress,”Koung stated.

In his remarks, Ibrahim Mahama reaffirmed his commitment to supporting infrastructure and development projects that benefit local communities.

“I am honoured to contribute to Liberia’s growth. Robust infrastructure is vital for any thriving economy, and I believe these vehicles and generators will play a key role in enhancing the airport’s operations,” Mahama said.
