Real Madrid have revealed their away kit ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
The Spanish giants will don an orange shirt in their away fixtures next season, unveiling a bold, bright design as they hope to cling onto both their La Liga and Champions League titles. An astral, abstract pattern runs through their jersey, symbolising stars in the night sky.
In a statement released by the club, Madrid unveiled the inspiration behind their unique look, explaining that the design is drawn from “the stars that appear in the sky outside the Santiago Bernabeu.”
The club continued: “Its design is born from the idea that it doesn’t matter where the team competes because Real Madrid fans are always connected by the stars in the sky.”
Madrid’s new away kit is also reminiscent of the third kit they sported in the 2013/14 season – the same campaign that saw them grab their tenth Champions League title in dramatic fashion.
During the upcoming season, this shirt will be worn by stars such as Jude Bellingham, Vinicius Junior and, of course, new signing Kylian Mbappe.
The Spanish champions revealed their new home kit back in June, during which Los Blancos unveiled a minimalist, classic design highlighting the team’s long-standing DNA.
Madrid’s La Liga fixtures have now been revealed, with the side set to face Mallorca on August 18 to kick off the season. They will first, however, face Serie A side Atalanta in the UEFA Super Cup on August 14.
