Additional 108 cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in Ghana since its last update on Thursday, May 14, 2020, increasing the cases to 5,638.
According to the Ghana Heath Service (GHS) update, there is more hope for Ghana as 786 more patients have recovered, landing its total at 1,460.
Accra still remains the largest hotspot with 4,248, Ashanti region follows with 798 cases, Central with 210, 99 in Eastern region, Western North with 57, Volta and Northern regions 34 and 31 respectively and Oti and Upper East regions with 26 cases each.
However, Savannah, Ahafo and Bono East regions have still not recorded any case according to the GHS updates.
