“You don’t run an economy from textbooks and economic lectures. Running an economy takes practical work, determination and prioritisation,” Mr Mahama said during his second Facebook Live session.
Speaking on what he says is the poor handling of the economy, the former President said it is obvious government is dazed, especially with the depreciation of the cedi.
“Public finance is a completely different thing; you need to work at it and understand it and see where public resources should be channeled to give you the best outcomes,” he said.
