The event slated for today, Saturday, December 21 at the National Theatre will unite people from across the country under one roof to watch favourite Kumawood stars relive the birth of Jesus Christ.
The thrilling part of the annual show is when fans read the Nine Lessons and Carols in a unique yet funny way like never before. Also, the characters will blend the Twi language with English in a satiric manner to generate humour.
Your favorite stars such as Emelia Brobbey, Dada Santo, Big Akwese, Christiana Awunu, among others will treat patrons to an exciting drama which will take place in two sessions.
The curtains will roll up for the first show at 4:pm while patrons are expected to be seated for the second at 8:pm.
Highlife musician Kuami Eugene will perform with array of stars like Guru, Francis Amo, Bernice Ansah and there will be an exclusive performance of Nsoromma stars powered by the Kwanpa band.
The Winneba Youth Choir will be there to rock fans with powerful Christmas-themed songs.
The rate for the most-talked about event is GH¢20.00. Fans are advised to set off early to avoid motor traffic.
