Obour marks birthday with donation to Juaso police

Former President of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGHA) and founder of the Christiana Addo Memorial Foundation celebrated his birthday with personnel at the Juaso police station inthe Asante Akyem South Municipality.

The occasion was also spiced with the presentation of a huge polytank to solve the the stations water storage problems and other sanitation items including dustbins, sanitizers and long brooms to the Municipal Police Commander and Assembly Unit committee members.

This is a follow up to earlier donations in Obogu, Ofoase, Petransa, Asuboa, Juaso, Dampong, Bompata and recently in Morso by the Obour and CAMF which was set up by Obour and his family to support the people of Asante Akyem in the areas of education, sanitation and personal hygiene.

The Juaso District Police Commander, Superintendent Andrews Anoya Anyani, expressed appreciation for Obuor’s continuous support to the security service in the area.

He said the major challenge facing the command has been mobility and donation of bikes would also aid the police personnel undertake surveillance and other policing activities.

The Konongo Divisional Commander Supt. Osei commended Obuor for the support and urged other corporate bodies to emulate his example.
